Here is the 
		Saturday dinner menu.  We have tried to accommodate tastes for 
		everyone.  The meal is buffet style.
		DINNER BUFFET:

		Salad (CROUTONS ON SIDE)

		Greens with Fresh Raspberries and Bleu
 Cheese Crumbles.  Served with a Poppyseed
 Vinaigrette dressing (DRESSING ON SIDE)

		Charbroiled Sirloin Steak (Medium)
		- Chicken 
		Minnesota (stuffed chicken breast stuffed
  with wild rice, sausage, apples and breading
  covered in Tarragon mushroom sauce)
		- Barbecue 
		Seasoned Salmon with Mango Chutney
  (MANGO CHUTNEY ON SIDE)
		- Mashed 
		Potatoes with Sour Cream and Chives
		- Asparagus
		- SERVED 
		WITH CHEFS CHOICE DESSERT BUFFET 
		- ENTIRE
