Dinner Menu at the Crowne Plaza

Here is the Saturday dinner menu.  We have tried to accommodate tastes for everyone.  The meal is buffet style.

DINNER BUFFET:

- Caesar Salad (CROUTONS ON SIDE)

- Mixed Greens with Fresh Raspberries and Bleu
 Cheese Crumbles.  Served with a Poppyseed
 Vinaigrette dressing (DRESSING ON SIDE)

- Charbroiled Sirloin Steak (Medium)

- Chicken Minnesota (stuffed chicken breast stuffed
  with wild rice, sausage, apples and breading
  covered in Tarragon mushroom sauce)

- Barbecue Seasoned Salmon with Mango Chutney
  (MANGO CHUTNEY ON SIDE)

- Mashed Potatoes with Sour Cream and Chives

- Asparagus

- SERVED WITH CHEFS CHOICE DESSERT BUFFET

- ENTIRE BUFFET IS NUT FREE.

(All dinner buffets include freshly baked bread with butter, coffee, tea, and milk)
